You'll need the CGA 347 adaptor, a reducer and the foster fitting.
Looks like you have a DIN fitting on your tank, so you will need to find out what kind if fitting they have on their tanks (there are a couple that I'm aware of), and get a DIN to that fitting adapter. If they're filling their tanks to 5000 psi, I'd be really wary about the quality and safety of their work. It also looks like you have one of the MAE life extended tanks. From the Digital Wave website: "You will want to print a copy of SP-16320 from the above link (DOT) and keep with your life extended cylinders. Fillers may ask to see this SP when they fill these cylinders. Life extended cylinders will need to be requalified at year five and ten from the life extension date found on the life extension date RIN sticker."

When he told me that they fill their equipment to 5000 psi, I asked why and he said that often when they fill, the temperature of the equipment and in going air increases, so the pressure reading at the time of fill is actually higher than what they read later when everything cools down. They need to have maximum air in their bottles on scene, so they slightly overfill for their purposes. He did assure me that he can easily dial the output pressure on their filling station and would not fill mine above 4500. Hope that clears up any misgivings you have about the path I’m taking.DrGunner
