Lol! That Youtuber seems to have gone through what I'm going through: The gun is violent, and the scope mounting option is somewhat limited by that tall magazine "fixture". His groups were kinda bad, I must admit. I don't have 35 yards to play with in my backyard, but at around 20yards, my groups are much better (20 yards is all I have/need to get rid of iguanas) - and if my scope would stay put. To be fair, he was shooting a bunch of different types of pellets.
Yeah, as shown by Airgun Detective, even the included scope, I had to put the scope all the way back to get some space.
@ER00z - That looks interesting. I'll have to look into that further. Another though I have is perhaps a red dot sight, which will weigh less than a scope, and "probably" will fare better than a scope (F=ma). I'm not shooting at great distances, so this may be an acceptable option for me.

Can't say how these offset mounts could help.
Seems it should get you backed the mag a bit more?
