I dont hunt….this gun (1322) only mod is a trigger kit…puts a nice dent (squirrel skull) in a 2x4 @ 40 feet….how about something similar with a Buck and rail folding stock and his moderator…..good luck on your choice
Something like a CO2 powered mini bullpup Squirrel , bunny ,
Would a 2240 w/ 10" barrel and power mods be enough?
QuoteWould a 2240 w/ 10" barrel and power mods be enough?I have this setup with stock internals other than a extended probe and a TKO.. I bet it would be plenty at shorter ranges, say less than 20 yards
Buck-Rail is making a poor man's side folder stock now. It says in the description that there will be an adapter available for the 2240 soon. https://buck-rail.com/product/the-poor-mans-side-folder/
My 2240 with a 14.5” barrel and the Crosman plastic stock is remarkably short. The stock slips off or on in seconds and it only takes an instant to screw on the Buck Rail Moderator. It all depends on how much stealth you want versus how much convenience. I carry my 2240 broken down in a rucksack while hiking and when hunting two of my more suburban permissions. On my permissions I’m concerned about alarming the neighbors and unobtrusiveness is more important than convenience.I’m happy with the Buck Rail products I’ve purchased so far. I’m definitely interested in their folding stock.
What about the Diana Chaser rifle ?
