Ken, at lthe very least, you got it, excellent shot! If your POI is good, the mice are probably moving just a smidge as you're squeezing the trigger...tiny target with slight movement that is skittish...LOL! Nice pic!
Sometimes just opening up a new tin of the same pellets will change your zero considerably. I recheck my zero frequently and with new tin and then use that tin for that gun. Zeros can also change with shooting position. Drastically for those of us with sprngers.
Good shooting Ken! You got him even though the scope's zero has changed. In my experience with Springers, or bone stock (not tuned) springers, it is the gun that goes through some changes that causes the POI shift, like spring fatigue and wear on the piston seal. I usually swap the scope on a springer first to see if the shots/POI exhibit the same symptoms, because there is also a good chance the springer broke the scope.
Ken,I had a problem where I zeroed the scope at midrange (25 yards) but up close it was a little to the right, but not much. However at longer range it went wide left (like yours). It turned out to be "scope cant" there is a thread on this. https://www.gatewaytoairguns.org/GTA/index.php?topic=72099.0Try a close up shot, mid range, then longer range to see if this might be the problem. I would clean the barrel first, to see if that makes any difference, before making any adjustment, but that's just me.

Nice pic! Thanks Randall, I'm going to double check the zero anyway. He may have moved, but I'd like to know for sure. Lobotomies are more fun that body shots!
