Yesterday I got a couple of chippers at about 35 yards and today I got a nice red squirrel at about 50 yards. Some people him haw and hee haw about these AEA Challengers but from experience I can say it's probably one of the best all around small game airguns that I've had the pleasure of using. I cast all my own ammo for everything that I shoot to boot. Heck I own several of the AEA guns and basically haven't had a bit of problems with any of them. They are guns that you don't really have to modify at all. I've been shooting guns since I was knee high to a toad stool and I know what accurate is and all about hunting. Even my drill instructor asked where I learned how to shoot when I was in basic training. He even had me clear off all the popup targets at the beginning of a shooting day in basic training. I did have a really tough time passing the mile run in basic but never a need to cheat to get through basic. They did do a lot of cheating back in those days because there were a lot of people that hated getting drafted, I never had a problem with it, heck when I got drafted I was washing dishes to get by. I don't regret being in the service at all however when it was time to get out, I didn't even want to re-up.

That was some fine shooting on the chippers and red squirrel Wayne!
Yes Sir… those AEA guns can shoot. Loving my 22 challenger for sure.

Nice job on the trio Wayne! Excellent 50 yard shot on the Red! I am always amazed how you find those tiny chippers in all that vegetation. I would have given up on few occasions.

Thanks Buddy and Harry !!! Sorry about how long and drawn out the video was, I did think about speeding up the first video clip on the red, it would have shortened it quite a bit.

Great shooting Wayne and a better story. Yeah, I got my first BB gun for my 3rd birthday from my maternal Grandfather. I had to put the barrel on the ground to cock it.
