Hi Gabe.

I do some pretty extreme hunting at times.
The only reason I parted with the Benjamin Trail NPXL was, I did not want to damage the wood stock, it was a real nice looker.
The older ones, like that one was, had nicer stocks and nicer checkering than the current version.
It was a real pain trying to keep the stock from getting all scratched up.
I also parted with a nice Sheridan Silver Streak for the same reason.
I eliminated any rifles that I had that had a wood stock, and went with all plastic rifle stocks.
The two Hatsan 125's in my signature took it's place.
I'm primarily a hunter and not much of a paper shooter.
