The Diana 34 EMS LOA special edition (desert sand color synthetic stock) is a good looking rifle IMO. It's just a little above my preferred price range for a springer with those features. The Diana 250 I acquired back in Feb 2020 was in my (bargain hunter) price range. https://www.gatewaytoairguns.org/GTA/index.php?topic=173964.msg155963421#msg155963421IMO that Diana 250 bundle was priced appropriately for what I received at that time.

Its a nice looking rifle but at the same time not exactly a steal for just some silly laser badging and a cheap case. Diana really screwed the pooch on coming out with the 34 EMS as a successor to the 34 and now it sounds abandoning the whole point of the EMS so its just a 34..

The Diana 34 EMS got positive reviews from both Hard Air Magazine and Tom Gaylord 5 part blog at Pyramid Air. There are several improvements made over the original 34. Read and decide for yourself. I am looking forward to it. It has the same trigger as my Diana 340 N-Tec which I really like, also has 2 piece cocking lever for easier cocking. My deliver date is 3/28.I am sorry about posting that stock was wood. The Midway salesman on the phone told me incorrectly is was wood.I recently read a tip that if you stuff plastic shopping bags into the hollow stock from the butt plate, it will eliminate the hollow sounds without increasing weight too much. I intend to give it a try.Considering most retailers sell the black version without a case for $350.00 this seems like a great value for $207.00.Enjoy,DonC

"Ace" greenmtguy82@yahoo.com just posted this for sale on American Airguns Classifieds for more than double the listed at MidwayUSA...insanity. Hopefully that person isn't a member here.
Incredible. Just arrived. 200$ for all of this is quite a gift. Wasn't expecting such a good feel to the stock or such quality fiber optics. Anybody else's come with a key but no lock on the bag?

Anybody else's come with a key but no lock on the bag?My lock was at the bottom of the box. Its like a 2 cent toy padlock that you could probably pull open even if it was locked. Threw it straight into the trash. Otherwise try checking the pocket of the soft case.I regretted this purchase at 200 bucks + shipping. Definitely wouldn't do it at 230 +50 shipping. I could see this being a good feeling purchase in the 150 price range. They could cut out the gimmicky marketing BS; poor quality pellets, cheap soft case, etc for everyone's benefit too.

I thought $200 for a German made springer sounded like a good deal, I think Umarex sells Chinese rifles for more. lol
