Holy smokes..Betty Lou mustered the gumption to make the Shrimp and grits stuffed peppers.She made 4 and we each had one for lunch. I have been skipping breakfast for a long time now. A few minutes ago I mentioned I was feeling very hungry this morning and my wife brought me this breakfast a few minutes later.It was great. I am not sure why I had the hungry feeling so strong today when usually I am fine with just my coffee in the morning.It wouldn't be good for me to add that to what I eat everyday though.
Looks great Dan but where's the extra pepper? I had a big slice of watermelon earlier and I'm fixing to tear into more of that brisket I cooked.
I prefer pancakes with link sausage.
