On youtube, click on Share. Then select Embed. Copy the URL for the embed. Then in your post, type [ html], paste your copied URL, then type [/ html]. Good to go....

Some forums have a red square "youtube" button along with with the Mona Lisa [img] and the WWW link [url] buttons.
Might be worth looking into here. ::)
