Title: Daisy help!!!
Post by: brewbear on July 14, 2022, 08:42:50 PM
Hi folks,
I have my nephews' Daisy 95 kindly donated by AirGoon - thank you sir. The rifle is not building pressure anymore so I thought I'd ask here for advice.
Is there a place where I can send it for repair?
Thank you all,
Brew

Thank you, I already emailed him, I don't do Instagram or Facebook. I could probably tackle the job but my work and caring for my mom take up all my time. It would be great if he answered my email.
My wife and I only see each other in passing!

Thank you, sir. My wife and I bought the property where we live with the plan to bring our moms to stay with us. We told them that they took care of us when we were children and now it is our turn to take care of them.

That was the one thing I plan on doing with one of them, the other rifle needs to "see a doctor" . I'm hoping to find a YT video on how to go about oiling it.
I thought about an alcohol flush first and then oiling but I'm in unknown territory here.

So far no reply from Shane so I figured I'd try Baker air guns. Wouldn't you know it, their Customer service page/link in not working for some reason.... when it rains, it pours :-\

Doesn't need an alcohol flush.
There's a small hole on the tube, near the rear sight, that says " oil here ".
Your seal is probably pretty dry, so, put 8, or 10 drops of oil in the hole. More won't hurt,  if you feel it needs it.
