Im taking all three of my airguns out friday/saturday for a squirrel hunt. Any way...whats a good recipe...Ive thought about brining it in salt water and sugar...then a slow boil...(almost a slight slimmer) with carrots, onions, and celery for 30 min to tender basically. Then I'll let it sit in buttermilk over night...then after that fry em up in panhow does that sound?
