When hunting zombie starlings, there are two approaches. The first approach is the "Double-Tap". The alternative is cutting their heads off and putting toothpicks through their hearts.
It's your choice.

Rabbit spaghetti is always good. But most of the time I'll make a big ole pot of gravy with rabbits and squirrels and various birds. Rice and gravy and either biscuits or cornbread. Cant be beat.

I do a rabbit pie with mine.
two small rabbits soaked in brine for 24 hours
drain and then add to pot, cover with enough chicken stock so both bodies are covered, add 1 chopped carrot. fresh ground pepper corns (you dont need salt as the soak in the brine will be enough to salt the meat), 1/2 chopped onion and the boil lightly for a few hours or until the meat falls off the bone, strain the stock off and keep 2 cupfulls for later, carefully pick the best bits of meat off the the bone and set aside, should get a good pile from 2 rabbits, save carrots from stock, discard bones.
return the meat to the pot and add chopped mushrooms, the pre cooked carrots, the other half of the onion, a handful of chopped beans and handful of finely chopped broccoli and celery.
Mix one sachet of white meat gravy (suitable for turkeys or chicken) with 2 cup of the stock, add to the meat and veges, stir and simmer for a few minutes, add cornflour until the gravy becomes nice and thick, remove from stove and allow to cool,
take packet of flaky pastry and roll out until 5 mm thick, fill base of pie tray with pastry and fill with the cooled filling, cover with pastry, make some vents in the top and bake at 200 Deg C for about 20 mins or until pastry is golden brown, serve with roast veges or salads and a good bottle of red wine.
