Funny! 😆I usually just stir-fry with a little fajita seasoning or garlic pepper sprinkled on. I normally toss it in with something else I am stir-frying, but if I had enough starlings here to make it a staple of my diet, I would. It is a very rich dark meat...probably quite healthy.

You know around here I guess it don't matter anymore cause there's so many deer now you feel over run with them . Mostly doe. When I was young you really never seen a lot of deer not even on the road at night now you better be on guard on the road at night for all the deer on the shoulder. So it's not like there being killed off to keep them in some kinda check.I use to go to comfort tx. To camp something or nother And in that hill country I see heards of deer that looked like a 1000 in a bunch.. that many your think they need year long hunting season. You see my picture that's justday time deer here. But yet they don't want to increase doe days at all.
I caution those who do not consider baiting to be hunting to consider the fact that it is the only hunting that is practical or even possible for some of us.
