Adobo is a type of smoky pepper/pepper sauce. It gets used for slowcook recipes often I think.... popular in various Latin cuisine maybe but very popular in the Philippines too because of the Spanish connections.....that's a quick no google, don't ever trust it. Should work in a pinch though someone who actually knows will give a better answer.
Nice shooting! Do we get to see them plated up? Never seen a single starling on my place. I guess I'm too rural.
I'm curious Lizzie if you find any small insects or parasites on/in them while dressing them out?
