Umarex Forge 490 disassembly?

A while ago I picked up an Umarex Forge 490. At the time I was dealing with some neck/back issues and when some of my restrictions were lifted I needed an easy to operate air rifle. The gun has an ultra low power gas ram and a nice wood stock. I believe it's essentially the next generation of the Ruger Airhawk/Blackhawk. The safety is in front of the trigger, and the receiver/compression tube is slid into a polymer piece, which has a picatinny rail running the length of the tube and then that assembly fits into the stock.
The question I have about this model is regarding disassembly. The trigger group is what retains the ram in place. It drops down from the tube, not slide out the rear. It seems that a "fork" has to be made to go around trigger group to release tension, to drop the trigger group. Is this so, and any tips on disassembly?
If curious as to why I want to disassemble, it is to check piston seal. Sometimes I have to fire two or three times to actually shoot out a pellet. Breech seal is good, and pellets used aren't super tight, just snug. Not going to send for warranty repair and maybe warranty time period expired. Not quite sure, but if I can fix myself, I will. I have 28mm piston seals on hand (and a few other sizes) as I believe that's what Umarex used (like Diana).
After thinking about it, should I try some silicone oil first? Still would like disassembly advice if possible anyways.
Thanks for reading, take it easy.

I may have been wrong about the trigger group dropping down, but there's no receiver cap behind trigger group. It's been awhile since I looked at it. I may just need to make a block to act as a receiver cap for the spring compressor. When I have time I'll disassemble and take photos.

Never tore down the gun. The piston seal wasn't the culprit. I did add a few drops of silicone oil down the TP and shot a bunch of pellets. I think the problem was a mix of the pellets previously used, the really low power gas ram and the winter temps. Seems to be working fine. Just wanted to be sure it worked well before boxing it up.
So... if you have a gas ram gun rated for under 500 fps in .177 with a full stroke, don't shoot tight wadcutters in freezing temperatures. Problem solved. Lol.

Ever feel like you're talking to yourself?
Just kidding around... Kind of.
Maybe avoid cheap gas ram guns meant for Canadian market? What...?
Anyway, it was an attractive gun. As to all the responses I see how popular it was.
Used it testing a Dot sight yesterday.
After this post, the forge will be forgotten. One of Umarex's last break barrel models before dropping them in pursuit of making budget pcp's.
Is Umarex even Chinese???
Wait, don't answer, I know it's hard to resist.
If you have made it this far, my apologies. Wasn't productive, so had some fun with it. Take it easy and be safe.

At the last Umarex sale I was briefly tempted by the Umarex Forge 490, but the price was still too high for me. It looks very similar to my Ruger Impact Max which IMO is a nice air rifle well worth what I paid for it (about half the Forge 490 sale price). IMO the Forge is a very good looking air rifle. My main concern (just a preference, not evidence based) is the plastic Nucleus Rail System. I have a refurb Ruger AirHawk Elite 2 with the NRS and it is "OK" so far. I just have a problem with plastic parts in critical spots, like scope mounts and trigger blocks, on air rifles priced over $100.

Low power ? ...
I had a similar issue with a Hatsan Alpha, a small coil spring powered youth springer ~480fps.
This was a new (old stock) Amazon clearance deal I got for $35 well over a year ago and finally unboxed to test. Why did I wait so long? Even if it was a "broken, non-functional, as-is" air rifle I would have have purchased it at that price just as a "parts rifle" so unboxing and testing was a LOW priority.
Rifle shot CPHP at 400 fps and the shot cycle was a bit harsh. I have another older Alpha for comparison and it shoots CPHP around 485 fps and has a super mellow and light "thump" shot cycle so I diagnosed this new Alpha with a bad piston seal. Not a surprise to me as I have seen similar problems with several other bargain (Hatsan and other brands) rifles.
Opened the rifle up for a lube-tune-repair. Oh so cute tiny piston and spring when compared to my Mod135
Piston seal didn't show any obvious signs of physical damage but it was way too HARD and too loose a fit. I replaced it with a new "small" Hatsan seal which felt softer and actually gave a slight resistance during reassembly. Used my preferred micro-skim coating of moly paste and painted a little tacky grease on the spring and spring guide during reassembly.
I (my error) grabbed some old Winchester/Daisy hollowpoints (9.7 grain) instead of the CPHP and tried shooting the rifle.
"Puff-creep-hiss-puff-creep-hiss-puff-creep-hiss"
First time I've ever had a springer NOT able to launch a pellet! Pellet was still sitting exactly where I seated it. All the seals seemed to be working fine as the piston bounced and then crept incrementally towards the end of the air tube. The spring-piston + new seal combo just didn't have enough energy to "seat and launch" the heavy Winny pellet.
I thought I did something wrong during reassembly and then realized I grabbed the wrong pellets. Tried the CPHP and THEY shot just fine! Chrony said 450 fps initially but it seemed to be slowing increasing. I'm betting the new seal is bedding-in and rifle will be up near 480-490 fps after a couple hundred pellets.
Went BACK to the heavy Winny pellets (maybe slightly larger also ?) and they STILL DON'T LAUNCH from this rifle! If I seat them with just my thumb they stick. If I seat them an additional 0.025" deeper so that the skirt is just barely inside the barrel, the Winny pellets WILL LAUNCH. Velocity is obviously lower, but fpe energy is about the same as the CPHP.
So heavy and/or tight pellets in these low power coil (or gas) spring rifles may NOT be the best combination! This old dog learned something new

Thanks for the reply.
This rifle had a similar experience with the "puff-creep-hiss". It not a bad rifle, but served its purpose when I needed an easy to operate rifle. It seemed more consistent with open sights than scoped, but may have been a paralax issue. It wasn't bad with the red dot sight.
