These are a little over 15 grains, but they're cheap, soft, and they expand well. Accuracy is pretty good at 25 yards or so. Don't go by the picture on the label, because they have a nice cupped hollow point head. Daisy Outdoor Products .22 500ct Hollow Point Pellets (Silver, 5.5 mm)
These Crosman pellets may or may not be a better deal:The Daisy pellets are seamless; while Crosman's have a pronounced amount of flash at the die split-line.
This link is supposed to take you to my post & photo regarding those Daisy HP 22 pellets (made in Spain) I got from from Amazon back in Feb 01, 2019.https://www.gatewaytoairguns.org/GTA/index.php?topic=95142.msg155698852#msg155698852Unfortunately I can no longer get links to past posts to work properly. When I use the link for an old post from my history, like the one above, it takes me to the proper thread but a week or more and several pages away from the actual post.

When I use the link for an old post from my history, like the one above, it takes me to the proper thread but a week or more and several pages away from the actual post. Then you want this linkhttps://www.gatewaytoairguns.org/GTA/index.php?topic=170587.msg155916080#msg155916080You should hover mouse the "re" in the top of your post and the copy the link.
Your link takes me right back to this thread. That's not where I'm trying to go. The post I'm referring to is from: Re: So what did you Order / Receive today ? (to feed the "Beast" that lives within)« Reply #8914 on: February 01, 2019, 08:11:54 PM »when I hover over the "Re" in THAT post, the link I get ishttps://www.gatewaytoairguns.org/GTA/index.php?topic=95142.msg155698852#msg155698852Which is correct except the site won't fully process that link when I try to use it. Maybe it does work for others? If you see my post with a photo of those Daisy 22 pellets (and a Hatsan Mod135) then it works for others, just not me.Maybe a link to just the posted pellet photo works?https://www.gatewaytoairguns.org/GTA/index.php?action=dlattach;topic=95142.0;attach=259277;imageInteresting that the photo-only link seems to be good!?
One way to "force" the link to work, is to quote rather than link to your post... Quoting across threads works just fine.
Got some Daisy 22 hollow points from the Amazon "used bin". Five tins of 500 for a hair over 1 cent each pellet. I was expecting some gnarly pellets good only for plinking or chrony testing, but these look really NICE! The tins are incredibly difficult to open which may be one reason they were sold cheap. I had to make a tin-opening-jig to pry off the lids. The tins are difficult to close as well (without a hammer) and they DON'T get any easier to open. Will just have to transfer them as needed to some more "friendly" empty Crosman tins i have laying around.I also picked up one of the Hatsan Mod135 spring 177s. Already have a Mod125 Sniper 177 that shoots everything under 8 grains supersonic so wasn't planning to get another rifle that does the same thing, but that large expanse of beautiful Turkish Walnut and a good price cut made it an easy decision to add a Mod135 to my collection. This was from the Hatsan Closeout Holiday special so it was still sealed in a plastic sleeve and no "R" (refurb) stamp on the breach block. Barrel cleaning only needed 3 patches. Much cleaner than I expected. Checked stock screws and loaded up a 7.8 grain pellet. Couldn't really tell if it was diesling because ALL the lighter pellets were CRACKING supersonic. OUCH!WOW! This is a large rifle. Supersonic 177s sound REALLY LOUD in my basement shooting space. Hearing protection is advisable when shooting the lighter pellets indoors. I switched to heavier pellets pretty quickly or my nosey neighbors would likely call in a "shots fired" noise disturbance. Sighted in with H&N Sniper Magnums. I picked up a few tins last Fall to CALM the Mod125 and they work really well in the Mod135 also. The absurd looking 15 grain 177 SM fits nice and snug and groups well.
