It doesn't take hours of prep; no pre-boiling or marinating.

...but you DO need a pressure cooker.

Pressure cooker saves tons of time for tenderizing. But that dude's butchering skills are severely lacking. And chicken broth? That's different. Either a brown flour gravy or a tomato gravy would be better IMO.  I saw onions but no bell pepper or garlic. Gotta have the holy trinity of cooking.

I have cooked under pressure.  But I have never cooked in a pressure cooker.   ;D
I really should get a pressure cooker and give it a try.  My mother had one - wonder what happened to that one?

I have found that a cast iron or cast aluminum Dutch oven with a "heavy & tight fitting " lid will produce similar results.

Wow, I have to get a pressure cooker.  I always trim the fat and throw it out, but I noticed this person didn't.  I wonder if he eats the fat, or removes it after it's cooked.

Yesterday I cooked up the last two (very good sized fox squirrels) squirrels that I shot, I had let them soak in brine previously, then I boiled them up and boned them out.  I put a can of cream of mushroom, can of cream of celery, can of cut up mushrooms, two cut up white onions, packet of McKormick's stew mix(sausage) and the meat in my slow cooker at about 10am. About 2 oclock in the afternoon I took off and went over to my brothers house with my Marauder and a tin of polymags for some 15 yard plinkng in his basement in the afternoon/early evening, had a great time seeing the devastation these polymags can do, it's unreal ;D.  Another friend of ours stopped by while we were down there shooting, I think he's actually going to look into the Marauder now cause he really liked it, any way I finally had to take off cause by this time that squirrel stew had to be ready and it was, I buttered up a couple pieces of Italian bread then poured the stew on for a hot squirrel sandwich and could'nt help myself I had to get another one made up in a hurry after that cause it was just soooo good 8)

Check out Instant Pot on Amazon. Its a high tech pressure cooker and then some....and much, much safer.

I made this spicy Indian nutter curry dish using my wife's Istant Pot. 40 min cook time.....tender nutter
