Title: Small game El Pastor enchiladas

Yup, you read right. I'll be doing some of the recipes the old timers taught me decades ago now. But this one is pretty good and all fresh ingredients. Now if I'd have been able to get out and bag a half dozen or so? I had to make do, but I give amounts of small game and the recipe in the description of part 2.

Thank you for deeming it of value! It took me some 10 days of fooling with the computer, software, memory space, etc to get those 2 videos done as well as they are! Some parts are mia, so what you see is the footage left after editing. More to come when I get out to hunt some game to work with.

Well, Wednesday is retiree payday, and time I finally get my son thru hunter's safety course and get us a hunting license. Safety course is on-line these days, so that's handy. Wheels on the back of my pimped-out walker, and take us and camera afield for the first time, hopefully, next weekend.
