Great shooting everyone!!! I have been sidetracked too much lately and haven't been shooting quite as much.  That'll change though.  Got out this morning and had some range time with all the rifles.  I need to get back in on a 30 yard match.  How long do the matches continue into the fall?

I think this was the last match this year.  Really, it was, you can trust me, cross my hart. Nitro  and  Bman, you guys can moth-ball your air guns  until next spring.
Hee, hee, hee - evil chuckle. (If this ruse works I can win a few more matches this fall)😈

Usually we end the matches in mid-October....it seems hunting or rainy season starts and we lose a lot of the participants.  It's been like that since season 1....although we kept the matches going year round for 3 or 4 years back then.

We give the interested shooters the option of moderating their own shooting matches in the "Target Shooting Discussion Gate" after the regular GTA Shooting Matches are over.  We tell them to title their matches as "Off-Season Shooting Matches (Whatever distance they wish to use)", so as to not confuse anybody.
