Someone has to bring up the rear! I'm proud of keeping all my shots on the scoring rings this time. Even better, had a great time shooting in the woods behind the house today! Spotted a hawk, red headed wood pecker, some ducks cruising overhead, an eastern bluebird, and, oh yeah, I found this piece paper of paper with circles all over it, so I shot it up!Regarding posting target scans, I have good success scanning my targets in color at 150 dpi with GIMP, then I use the rectangle select tool and set the aspect ratio to fixed at 8.5:11 (or 5.5:8.5 for half sheet targets) and the measurement units to inches, next I select my target from the scan image and choose Image>Crop to Selection, then I export as a jpeg at 40% quality to stay under 200K.R.P.JumperTX200 LHUTG 4-16x40@12177 HN FTT 4.52Seated with sticks173/200 1X
What plug in are you using for scanning with GIMP? I tried X-Sane, but it filled in the holes, unless it was in the 9 or the lines, they all disappeared. Might be my scanner. I have one of those all in one, HP. Does have a flatbed.
Random Plinker .... you shot from sticks? Fantastic, I'd like to be able to do that well. BTW, this was a BENCH rest contest, not a STICK rest contest! Just messin' with ya .... but I would say you handicapped yourself considerably using sticks.

Yesterday was the first day without pouring rains in over a week, so I took that opportunity to let my Diana do the talking.Mr SasquatchJumper classD34 (DIY tuned w JM OS kit and Krytox lubed) w/Leaper's 4-12x SWAT @12xAA Diabolo Field.177, 8.4grBench, sitting, front rest, rear bag68 F, wind 0-negligible mph196/200/7X; That new (and very expensive) haircut must've lowered my score this week. I just don't feel like myself with it. I better go back to hiding in bushes and growing my hair fast.
