If it comes with a rear sight , I removed the sight and erinstalled the base . I ordered the same sight , I have the standard HW95 though. My eyes aren't the best at almost 75 , the peep will give you a clear sight picture and aim with both eyes open. Have always used peeps in the military so I do favor them., If your using your 30 for target only then you might want to look at the target aperture .050. they go on pretty simple . Don't muscle down the screws the unit is aluminum. Is this your first time shooting with peep sights?
Should I make it to my next birthday, l'll be 80. My peep sighted HW30S & 50S along with my peep sighted Beeman R9 are my favorite 30 yard spinner spoon rifles.
Been looking for one of those peeps - where did you find it?
Don’t over torque the itty bitty grub screws. Don’t lose the sliding mounting plate or screw. That’s about it really.

One more question. When mounting the Williams sight does it line up well with the globe sight that comes on the front of the HW30?. Or were there any elevation adjustment issues?
