Way to go Brother Dan! I suspect at 60 yards you meant “low”, not high. Compared to your test, Chairgun’s not that far off. Could be 8.5gr in the database vs 8.64gr actual and .021-.023. BC could change it some. But 25 yards is the apex.
Thanks so much for sharing your data. I have been breaking in a HW 95L for the past couple of weeks with a TBT tune kit (delrin spring guide, top hat and power spacer), vortek piston seal and the stock spring. Things have been progressing nicely and my current POI is set for 20 meters with H&W Baracuda Hunter HP - 10.49 gr at about 3/8 inch for 10 shots. Using your data will allow me to start looking a bit further down range and have an idea of the rise and fall for my pellet choice. Maybe I should consider stretching out to 25 meters for POI.
I think 30 is a solid number. Pellet will be slightly high at 25 but a nice overall kill zone out past the zero. It’s great you put the work in. ChairGun and StrelokPro are a great reference but nothing beats real world data. I find up to 1/2 mil difference when passing the 45 yard mark
That should do very well for you. Good work.
