Springfield M1A Air Rifle (Air Venturi)

Just joined this group, and I'm looking for more info about the Springfield M1A Air Rifle (Air Venturi) that I purchased about a month ago. According to the box, this gun was made in China, but if this is the wrong section to post, please move this post to the appropriate section.
I'm specifically interested in learning how to lube/clean this rifle. I've looked on Youtube, but while there are some review videos, there aren't any I can find on lubing/cleaning this gun specifically.
The "generic" lube videos I've seen all start off with "First disassemble your rifle into these parts"...that freaks me out. I really don't want to disassemble this rifle, since it works so well and is very accurate. I'm afraid that I'll mess up something that won't be an easy fix, or I'll have to purchase some expensive tools/parts to get it running again. Is it really necessary to take the rifle apart? I understand that the breach seal needs to be lubed regularly...
I'd really need some specific instructions, especially with this rifle being an underlever, since the videos I've seen all cover break barrel styles.
Just to give you some background, I'm shooting in my "backyard range", at 10 meters, using either Crosman Premier Hollow Point 7.9g, or H&N Field Target Trophy 8.64g. The "iron sights" on the rifle didn't want to move, so after trying to use "Kentucky windage" for aiming, I added a scope (UTG 4-16x44 Accushot). I've also added a foam cheek piece for a better cheek weld. This is only my second post, so I can't post pics yet, but I'm getting about 1/2"(center to center), 5 shot groups (with occasional flyers) from prone.
I'd like to try it from 25 yards, but I don't have that distance in my backyard. Basically I'm having lots of fun with this rifle at this distance.
Anyone else have this rifle? If so, what's your opinion of it? Any info about lubing it?
Thanks.

I recently got the .22 underlever version of the Springfield Armory M1A/M14. A big, heavy rifle @ 9.9lbs! The peep sights are fine after getting used to them again. There's no breech seal like a break barrel to worry about. The rear sight has windage adjustment knobs on either side to crank it left or right. Lubing the hinge points on the underlever once in awhile is a good idea.
