Just curious why you think you need a portable compressor if you plan on filling bottles, given that the bottles are portable themselves. Fine if you do need that, but just asking. If you don't make the compressor easily portable you gain a lot more options for filling bottles if that is also a requirement.I'm a bottle filler myself, and have no interest in filling guns directly from a compressor. Bottle filling is fast and nearly silent (only the venting makes noise), and I don't even need to get up from the bench if I need a fill while shooting.
Yup tanks are portable
If I had a tank like that I wouldn't need a compressor.... or even an air gun, for that matter.

We have the Hill EC-3000 and while we love it, describing it as portable is definitely a stretch. Old granny me can't lift it on my own, plus the manual advises against moving it without first draining the lubricants. That said, it's very quick to fill our guns, directly - no more than one minute for any of them - and it runs quiet enough to use in the house, even when someone is on the phone.
