Is anyone else having trouble making contact with HatsanUSA for warranty work or other repairs? I sent their service request form to them a week ago and have heard nothing whatsoever a week later now and when trying to send them another request form, in case the 1st somehow didn't make it, their website says: error, try again later. The only other option I could think to do was to send him an email at their site:
[email protected]
, I think. I can easily see why they would have a problem with a full inbox.

Yes. I filled out a service request for parts about two weeks ago. Nothing back!!! They have always responded within a few days before.
Funny, I got an email from hatsanusa today telling me that an rifle is back in stock. I had requested an email notification a year ago.

Been awhile since I contacted them, but I've always used the General Inquiries section for asking anything. Took a few days but I always got an answer to parts, rifle, warranty or other questions doing it that way.

The number one complaint you read about Hatsan is lack of support. I knew that before I bought my Flash, I consider it a disposable gun, somewhat of a cadillac design with yugo parts and tolerances.

Maybe to echo the comment by Lt. Dan above: Funny, they also emailed me within a couple of hours after 1st posting this. Someone at Hatsan is watching. However, that still doesn't resolve the issue of having a broken gun, a warranty that is expiring on saturday (5 days), and no real contact with Hatsan about or to resolve this specific issue aside from their asking me to use my regular email to provide the information that they ask for on their service form because the service form is not working on their website. Kind of a cluster really .
