How would one of the .177 model 34 do for squirrel? I shoot mostly .22 or .25 pcp, but am missing the simplicity of grab and go.
I just unboxed and ran my new D34 Classic over my chronograph. Averaging right around 970/fps with 8.1 gr Vogel wadcutters. Nice bluing, decent wood stock, T06 trigger for $235 shipped with tax is a steal in my book.Only thing close is a tuned (d34 clone) xs-25 Bamboo thumbhole from Flying Dragon for $185.I bought a Classic while I could. The EMS version will be available down the road.

Have they increased the power on the 34 recently? Never heard of 17 FPE from a 34 .177. Has anyone else put theirs through the Chrono?
