Scope mount for Diana 34

Hello all,
Going to order a Diana 34 and want to know the consensus regarding the best scope mount to address the barrel droop and scope sliding issues.
Also what are the correct rings and ring height to go with your suggested base?
I will likely put a Leapers 3-9 x 40 scope on it.
Thanks a lot

Get the UTG mount and low rings that go with that mount and you'll have a winner!

Thanks,
Just got off the phone with pyramid air and they said the UTG mount will NOT work on the new rifles with the T06 trigger and I have to use the RWS mount on that rifle shorter rail length on the new gun.
Bummer - Now do I get the T05 trigger and the UTG mount or go with the RWS mount and T06 trigger?
Any thoughts?
Thanks again

ahhhhhh Roger that! sorry forgot all about that. Well its a can of worms answer you will get....here's my 2cents others will disagree some may agree. my opinion on this is the T-05 trigger is it's just fine, and it breaks where it should. Some folks get all testy talking about T-05's...i like mine. I've shot a T-06 RWS M34 for about an hour and besides the trigger being metal, it had about the same action and feel to it. the RWS T-06 trigger is supposed to be more adjustable....but this wasn't my gun so i wasn't gonna start wrenching on the trigger. GTA brother CalMark wouldn't have liked that one bit lol. so my answer is....it's up to you....you can get a T-05 and a cheap great mount....or a T-06 and and an adjustable scope mount which will be more. just how much more depends on which mount you get....Bart

Also the BookDoc, who sells scopes has a very nice adjustable mount that will work very well with that gun.

UTG mount - $17.50
Rings - $10
Total - $27.50
RWS lock down mount with rings - $27.95
Just sent a PM to Book Doc for info on which of his mounts will work.
Thanks a lot for the help.
