i love these scopes and have one on each of my Crosman guns, as well as one on a Ruger 10/22. i have two of these where the parallax adjustment reflects one at +5 yards and one that is -5 yards when sighted in at 20 yards. they focus fine, and the POI is right on the mark but i am wondering if there is a way to reset the dial so that they reflect the correct range of 20 yards... at 20 yards? i can see a hole on the side of the dial where it looks like there might be an Allen set screw, but have been hesitant to attempt seeing if this is how to do it.if this is an "it is what it is" kinda thing, they are both accurate at target, but if i can correct them it would be better. thanks!

Are they still under warranty? Contact the manufacturer. If you mess with it and mess it up.....-Y
The scopes have parallax at the indicated yardage where there should be none? One must be adjusted 5 yards under and one 5 yards over the actual yardage to eliminate parallax? Do I understand your situation correctly?
When true readings are needed on a scope make a scope tape with your actual yardages marked on it, you see it all the time at FT matches on some darn pricy scopes.
