The poppet stem is 2.47mm. The poppet body is9.24 with a chamfer. The valve port on top where it meets the TP is7.35mm the Tp is 8.50mm and the valve throat beyond the poppet is7.85 mm
im betting the hammer weighs a ton..
Interesting pinning of the valve in front of the throat. Cast poppet seems like it is geared toward quick fabrication or rather high volume. It is NOT the limiting factor of AEA lead time. Spring doesnt look very heavy. What are the dimensions and hammer weight? BTW, thanks for the info. Make sure you dont show the serial so you dont "void the warranty".
I'm betting the hammer spring is .059 wire. Seems a little stout for a .290 throat. Must be heavier hammer for dwell? Although the website shows 170 FPE for pellets. It also lists a folding stock and an air tube of 450 cc. I'm thinking that got messed up in translation. I don't think that is possible. Is this the Big Broe you have taken apart? Is it really $200-$500? Wow.I love their translations. I think it was 604 TMD , I'll measure HS dia tomorrow, I think the 24 inch barrel is gonna be the limiting factor for power , my bulldog has a 28 inch barrel and that a pretty good advantage, but I still think the challenger will be a good coyote type gun .
