Last guy here on one got fixed right up he said maybe took longer to get back then he expected, but all's good in the end.Anyway , I got to wonder if guys that say they did not honor the return or failed to fix if it was due to looked like end user abuse and they declined warrantee ? But then I thought it was no questions asked. It's good to keep knowing hawke is still good at customer service and you got some trust in them.
I own several Hawke scopes and their CS is top notch even on a non springer rated scope that my GAMO Whisper Fusion destroyed they honored the warranty gave me full credit and a slight up charge to replace with a much better springer rated scope
