This why I was asking about these newer rifles! if their threaded under the break Theirs the rifle I wanted from HW, a factory threaded carbine, the moderator can be purchased separately ! The videos I watched when these rifles first came out looked just like a Beeman R9 with a standard break, so I will look into these rifles further

John does a good job, threaded a barrel for me. Cut and crown too, since I didn't want a 53" rifle. There are companies out of England that sell the threaded barrels (12.25"), with the exchange rate the barrel and block they're running about 189 (145 British pounds). But when it comes to stuff like moderators and threaded barrels, most won't ship those to the US.
