Moving and storage.

So I am currently in the process of moving and losing my attic range and gun storage location. I have a storage unit and I will need to store my air guns in there for the time being as the new apartment really is not suited for storing them right now. I dont need something that is high zoot that I can add in some sort of desiccant to keep moisture at bay and maybe seal up if needed.
I have put booger hooks on this and it seems adequate to store all of my guns PB and AG alike.

Does anyone have a suggestion I am willing to spend a little more on better quality if it is sealed for air and dust and comes with some sort of desiccant or moisture absorption included.

Looks a lot like the one sold by Harbor Freight if you have one nearby.

I am surprised with how the price on that unit has increased over the past few years. At current prices that appears a good value. If you want insulation and sealing you'll be looking at double that price or more. Locally sales on gun storage happen from time to time - usually either Independence Day or Thanksgiving.

Rural King (there’s one over in Tiffin) has the Fortress brand 14 gun unit for $119.99. They also seem a little heavier built than Stack On.
I’d put the guns in silicone impregnated gun socks and put one of the bucket type moisture absorbers in the bottom and check it periodically.

Some storage places won't let you place weapons in storage for liability reasons. I would ask to make sure your place allows them, as they won't be covered under insurance if they aren't allowed.

Of all the storage places I have rented not one had any insurance on my stuff. Even if their building collapsed and destroyed everything I owned they had no liability for it. I was and and required to provide my own now. They only specified no flammables but nothing about guns PB or air. It is just something I have delt with for the last 15 years or so of off and on storage units. I carry my own renters insurance that covers all of my belongings and the dwellings I rent at.
