I would be up for that in a heartbeat!I got a chance to try iguana, back in 2002 on my honeymoon in Curacao. It was a curry based stew, and it was pretty good. Tasted like chicken, with lots of little bones.I've had chicken eggs, taken from butchered chicken, before they develope into what we typically recognize as eggs. And yes, it's really good!
I was up in Roswell, once, and ate something that looked like that stew. But it wasn't iguana, or so I was told!
Hey Guy, if possible, could you ask your friend to get a picture of one of those cooked eggs cut in half? Just curious to see what the inside looks like.
I ask about the eggs and he says they look just like a chicken egg. The yolk is a brighter yellow then most chicken eggs
