A little late start but here we go.
The 1st match of the 2020 season is now open.
Shoot as many targets as you like but only post one.

It's always the same, when I have time to shoot these matches all the cardboard backing has been thrown away and paper tears like speeding tickets.

Thanks Marty for starting this match...and Craig for correcting the due date. This used to be one of the most popular match....up to a dozen shooters participated.

Thanks, I'm happy with the score, but it would be nice to have cleaner holes for scoring. Is there a good backing material for paper targets, something quiet that would last a long time. I don't like using cardboard backing in my living room, it makes a huge amount of confetti that I have to vacuum off the floor afterwards. Maybe some kind of a cell foam would be enough support to prevent the paper tearing, any experiences?

I use a 110 weight "card stock" paper for my targets, available at walmart an other places.
With a wadcutter pellet, it leaves a cleaner hole than regular printer paper.

189 1X (I accidentally took a bonus shot on 3rd bull so subtracted one of the 10s and took the 9)
Went back to the old but trusted Walther. This one has been around the block a few times but I just shoot her well. I actually like her so much that I bought another one in much better condition. Problem is even though it is the identical rifle I just don't shoot it as well. Go figure?
