I always enjoyed reading his responses. Tom was exact in his choice of words and I will miss his Keen witticisms.

My thoughts and prayers go out to his family during their times of need and comfort.

It is always sad when we lose one of our own. Which reminds me of one of my favorite Gospel songs by Michael Combs.

Alittle part of each of us is lost when family or friend passes onto the next life but it is replaced with memories that we carry and in a way they will always be with us. It's a reminder for all of us that life is fleeting and we should drink in each and every moment if it be good or bad and be thankful for the time we had here before moving onto the next adventure. R.I.P. Tom and always feel free to stop in now and then GTA doors are always open. Ed

If I remember correctly, he was suffering from Pulmonary edema. He was very candid about his lung issues when I was emailing with him. He knew he did not have much time left, but I was still surprised to hear he succumbed so soon after we talked. He purchased a 392 from me as a new project gun (he told me he had never owned one of the modern MSPs and wanted to check it off his list of guns he had gotten to shoot in his life).

Real Sorry to hear of Tom's passing! He'll be watching over the GTA from above from now on. Rest in Peace Tom.Our Condolence's to his Family.

I visited Tom this summer. It was near 100 but Tom wanted to shoot. He carried his oxygen out to the deck where we proceed to shoot a few of his many air guns. As I was leaving Tom made me promise I'd return. I promised I would return when the weather was cooler if he would allow me to bring fish dinners from South Fork (a local restaurant and also the name of the river where Tom lived). The weather turn cool this week......... I will miss him and think of him when I pickup an air gun.
-
Sorry to hear that it is a sad thing. I hope he is in peace and has a air gun with him.
