I think that's a fantastic idea; it directly goes hand-in-hand with air gunning and is akin to machine shop work, woodworking and other crafts that are available here.

I agree. Perhaps a child gate under the Machine shop gate is in order? Lot of parts being printed now and the more knowledge available, the more products that can be produced that folks want.
