A couple years ago, I obtained a gold painted Daisy kids size BB carbine. The original pic looked more silvery-bronze like the Daisy long-barreled carbine I had. This one in person was short and different, obviously. After finally deciding to research it, I found it is indeed a Daisy model 104. But not the double-barrel BB gun built 1937-39. I've also seen a model 21 double barrel. This 104 was also named the Golden Eagle. I assume to differentiate it from the old double-barrel? And as seems to be typical, the black plastic tubular rear sight meant to look like a scope is missing. Would any of you have one gathering dust? I can't find one anywhere? The guns are said to be rare? Although I can't personally say how rare? It's in pretty good shape & still has the stickers on the stock. The lot number starting with B3xxxx tells me a build date of February 1973.
And what it looks like with the sight tube (not mine)...
