This is a very old recipe where the Plains Indians made a pudding, sort of a rustic mousse, originally from choke cherries. Those thing are so sour they'll really surprise you! The family's honey stash must've been decimated sweetening those things?! But they also used Blueberries in season, so we'll go with those. The recipe is given in the video.
I thought y'all might like to try the recipe my whole family insists I make every Thanksgiving!
