Hello.
I own a 2240 with some mods and I'm interested to change stock valve to ProTop version, but sadly can’t find any useful info how to do that.
Could somebody that has it, be so kind and show me some more detailed pictures of this valve.
My intention is to mount it to Discovery valve, because it already has three mounting points.
Any help will be welcome.
Regards, Rok...

I used them frequently when building 22xx"s.

Hello
'7624452' thank you for the info :)... I also found this picture...
I'm traying to recreate this design from the picures and figure out the dimensions so that I could make a plan, to give it someone, to make it for me.
And on the other hand, finding a machinist in our country who would be interested in making one or two pieces is difficult...
I also contacted Anthony Rienecker, if by any chance had any information about those valves, but no luck...
You said that you use them frequently, do you perhaps produce them?
Regards,
Rok

No, I do not produce them. Only the part that screws onto the valve has to be machined. The rest are Crosman parts.

Yes, I know about Crosman parts, the problem is 'the part' that screws onto the valve...Can you perhaps machined/make it?

I am not a machinist. I recall having bought several parts from Slovenia in the past. Perhaps you could find a local machinist to duplicate it.

Interesting, do you perhaps have any more info, where did you get it?
You can send me a PM, if you do...

You can make a ProTop style valve from a 1077 plug.
Need to do some basic machining but fairly easy.

Hi 'Tack Driver 10'...
Thanks for the info. :)
Interesting idea...

Here's a link to my 2400KT build using the ProTop valve.
