On some of my devices I get sorry you are banned from using this forum!
  This ban is not set to expire. Is there something I need to change?

If some of your devices use a VPN you may be 'stopped at the GTA front gate'.

 I have checked the forum my man it is not on our end,  have you tryed to clear your cach and restart  most of the time that fixes it,  if it were the forum you would not be posting now or even able to log in, anyways feel free to let me know if the problem persist. David

Yeah, he said it was not all his devices just some of them. Definitely on his end.

In one of my libraries I use and some parts of the city's free wi-fi, I can't access GTA...I'm pretty sure the word "gun" didn't meet their approval.

I was using a VPN when we were in Mexico a couple of years ago and got banned. I couldn't get on even after we were back stateside. I had to clear my cache to solve the issue.
