Unless you use metal or metalized plastic, I don't think the tuner will have enough mass to be useful. Not at any reasonable size.

Barrel clocking as a starting point is always useful. Easy, if your AG uses a thimble TP.
Interesting that the SWAN tuner is used in rotation, rather than front to back. There are 12 pockets to add .22 projectiles for weight, so that can be used instead of front to rear adjustment to adjust the barrel pendulum frequency - by adding more or less weight. Unless the point is to leave some pockets empty for additional clocking of barrel vibration.
What is odd is that the device is held in place by friction, unless I missed something. I would think that would drift. Perhaps the designer can help me understand better:

printing the threaded adjustment parts as a bushing for a simple metal donut or large nut should be doable. Plenty of threaded part files out there.
