When i bought mine it had big recoil and diseling, now after like 5k shots its not hard like it was, also had some cheap optic it hold good until i broke mounts, and reticel started spining.
Random lame guess is you're allowed the full power versions of the Hatsan rifles in your country and yours should have settled in after 200-300 shots, so after 5000 it's very well settled. With a good one piece mount and the stop pin in place, you should easily be able to use either the Hawke or BSA on your rifle.
Are these good or are they too big, dont really have any others these are like just mounts no name no nothing

I then got one of my Hawke Vantage 3-9x40's out of the box, put it in that mount, then put it on my own Hatsan Edge .25 caliber. Plenty of room under the turrets so nothing is rubbing, scraping or won't allow it to fit and more than plenty to have room for the bigger 3-9x50 AO scope you mentioned in your original post should that be the scope you finally decide on since the only difference between them is the size of the front objective bell.Hopefully that answers the question of whether that mount will work (yes, it will...lol) and picture included to show you the fit.
If you have 5mm between the lowest part of that front AO and the receiver, you should be fine and that part is the raised ring for adjusting it highlighted in the picture. Only thing you might have to do is trim off a bit of the edge of the lens cover if it won't slide on there.
