Air Gunners in central to southern Illinois - We now have an indoor shooting range (25 yards) that is available. The Shooters Retreat Range in Litchfield (exit 52 on I-55) opened last Tuesday and I stopped in this morning to talk to the boss. He is willing to work with us on setting up a monthly AG shoot and gab. He is even willing to open early if necessary to fit us in. His normal opening is at 10 am. As many of you work and live a distance from Litchfield I suggest we setup a 9 am start which should have us done before his CCW classes start. He has 12 25 yard ranges, a snack bar and sporting goods shop so it's full service. You will need a FOID, or out of state Drivers License, hearing and eye protection. Cost is $15.95/hr with $7.50 for each additional shooter per range. We can get a discount if we play our cards right. How does 9 am on February 21st sound as a first get together? Give me comments and y/n on attendance so I can proceed.
