Rifle configuration! Only thing to figure out is how to mount a stock, and the trigger... The Bulldog is actually not that bad looking naked!

AND add a Picatinny Rail for a scope to the breech as it has no rail. Working on a design for standard style stocks currently. 1 Stock mounting adapter design ... done. Partial implementation under way. 2 Trigger design partly worked out. 3 Scope Rail planned and worked out but revisions may occur.4 Stock acquisition and inleting not completed. 5 Barrel threading for a moderator will also be a part of the plan.I spoke with Crosman Engineer via PM's about a Bulldog Platform renewal and upgrade. It seemed like he would like to revisit the platform but in my experience Engineers rarely make the decisions about what projects to implement. I suspect that like most corporation's that management and bean counters get in the way of innovation.
Nice groups there buddy
Following along. If this rifle was offered in a traditional style I would probably already own one.

Not to thread-jack, but is the bulldog's main tube the same size as an Mrod, or is it larger? I'm thinking larger, but doesn't hurt to ask.
Quote from: Airgunhunter73 on March 16, 2020, 09:15:23 PMNice groups there buddythanks. The Bulldog is a great platform, but it's more like a machete than a scalpel---precision is very elusive. I think the capability is there, but it is a very awkward, heavy recoiling beast to learn to tame. I won't give up, I plan to have a NUAH submission with it tuned above 250fpe.
Off topic a bit but what kind of fpe and shot count could someone expect from a stock Bulldog shooting 81gr pellets?
