634 are solid comfortable immune to gouges and scratches not slippery like a cheap synthetic stock.
tune in a tube worked great in my 634 it was amazing and my FPS spread for ten shots was like 8 fps. I would try that first before taking apart the rifle. tune in a tube is 14.95 without shipping for about 2 ounces and Almagard 3752 is same thing as tune in a tube at 12.99 for 14.5 ounces in a grease gun cartridge that with a needle adapter for the grease gun can be easily used on spring gun. more then a lifetime supply. naturally I found out about the almagard after getting the tune in a tubeI don't see what the big thing over getting a wood stock that easily gets beat up if you take it out of the house. the synthetic stocks on the 634 are solid comfortable immune to gouges and scratches not slippery like a cheap synthetic stock. if there was a choice at Buds between wood and synthetic no way would I take the wood stock

I ordered the following:http://www.ebay.com/itm/Lubrication-Engineers-3752-LE-Almagard-Industrial-Multifunction-Grease-14-5-Oz-/381244305834Hope this is the right one. Some also suggest tune with moly paste. Is there a difference or preference between the two?
