I have a chance to buy a used Weaver 3x9 scope, made in Japan. I would like to use it on a Beeman .177 springer. Will Weaver scopes handle the recoil? Thanks.

 Hi Zoomer.  While the weaver is a darned good scope, they are not made to take the recoil of a springer, so i would definitely pass on the buy, hope This helps.  J       oh yeah, and welcome to the GTA!!
