TX200 seal issues.... frustrated

ok, so my TX200 has lost some FPS.  about 50 ish FPS...  still very accurate and still over 900 fps

I pulled it apart, and looked very closely at the seal/spring

perfect......

so i get froggy, and try to re fit the Maccari seal that i bought.  Stock form for the Maccari seal... 800 fps...
resized it according to instructions...  820 fps..... put factory seal back in... 920 fps... exactly where it was... i'm just confused now....

any ideas??? i still can't figure out why its lost fps... i'm guessing just broken in or something... Remember this gun Sat BNIB for over 15 years.... so the spring should be plenty set in by now... i'd think.

How is the feel between the two seal when you pull the piston by hand?

replace the spring and seals. and hone the cylinder and you should be good to go

It would probley gain some fps after the seal is seated  but takes a few shots .Thanks David

Perhaps by removing cleaning and re-installing the stock seal, you got rid of something?  Or it seated better this time?  Sounds like it works good now tho.
