hello everyone, i was wondering if this would be a good red dot sight for my crosman 2240 pistol

i understand i need to have a weaver scope rail, im planning on buying one along with the sight if i need to. does anyone know of any other good red dots for a pistol?

I don't have that exact model, but I do have this Leapers red dot for my Ruger Blackhawk .45 Colt, and it really helped shrink my groups down to size nicely.

Considering that it is holding up just fine with my full power handloads rated safe only in the Ruger or T/C Contender, it should do have a cake walk on a 2240.

thanks, yea i saw your .45 with the dot sight when i did a search, very nice! i think that ones a little too bulky but i have considered it, a bigger sight picture is always better
