Hi all

Looking for a way to make a high pressure hard line.
Has anyone have any experience fabricating these high pressure hardlines?

I'm trying to fit a 200cc (12ci) 300 bar aluminum buddy bottle in the buttstock of my Prod.
Having a hard time finding out how to neatly route a high pressure air line from the original pressure gauge to the back of the gun.

I currently have the kit in working order but its setup with a regular hose all the way to the front original fill port totally ruining the guns general look.

Yes, I know it looks like &^^& now, I fabbed a bracket and bought some couplers. The tape is temporarily, Its all a bit trial and error. I'll add some pictures tonight.

What do you have access to in terms of tooling?

You might want to look into small bore stainless steel tubing and compression fittings, it's the sort of thing you see multi-stage air gun compressors festooned with:

Yes thats exactly what I'm looking for.

If tubing can hold 4500 psi I'm good.
I got acces to lathes mills both conventional and cnc.
I work in a metal factory so we got loads of stuff.
Boss doesnt mind us screwing around in our spare time.

I'm inexperienced with piping though and making sure this tube can safely hold 3200 psi is a bit of a concern.

I dont have acces to pipe bending machines aswell so thats another concern.

Back_Roads:
 Look into automotive brake lines, the pressure rating for brake lines  3/8" is 5,955 PSI Smaller line would be higher.
 A car repair shop may be able to help with bending and flaring of fittings.
