Off Season 10M Casual Match #8 Year 22/23

Spacebus:
It's a calm wind day on my day off. Which target would you suggest for someone who's never done this before? I'm using a red dot with a PCP if it matters. I will probably start out rested and eventually go to off hand. I'm sure this is a lot harder than it looks.

 There are different targets for .177 and .22.
With a red dot I would suggest one with a black bull.
